Delete Account

1. What Gets Deleted

Deleting your Yuwai account permanently removes the cloud data associated with it, including:

• Your Firebase Authentication account (Google sign-in)
• Your user profile document stored in Firebase Firestore (email, registration date)
• Your subscription purchase record stored in Firebase Firestore

Data stored locally on your device (notification history, PINs, settings, wallpaper choices) is not account data and remains on your device. You can clear it any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling Yuwai.

2. Delete Instantly In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Yuwai app:

1. Open Yuwai
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll to the Account section
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your cloud data is deleted immediately and you are signed out. Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription — subscriptions are cancelled separately in Google Play settings.

3. Request Deletion via Web Form

If you cannot sign in to the app, you can request deletion from the web. Please provide the email address you used to sign up with Google:

Prefer email? Write to dreydan.dev@outlook.com with the subject "Yuwai Account Deletion Request" and include the email address used to sign up. Requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.

4. Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Reusing the same Google account will create a brand-new account.
• An active Google Play subscription is not cancelled by account deletion — cancel it in Google Play settings to avoid further charges.
• If you only used Yuwai without signing in, no cloud data exists and no deletion is needed.
